No experience needed. You'll learn how to thread a machine, wind a bobbin, sew straight seams, and finish a simple hem. By the end you'll have made something you can actually use — and the confidence to keep going.

For those who know the basics and want to take on more. We'll cover zippers, buttonholes, curves, and how to cut and construct a garment properly. Great for anyone who wants to move beyond simple projects.

Standard turnaround is 5–7 days for everyday alterations and 2–4 weeks for bridal and formalwear depending on the season. Rush service (48 hours when possible) adds 50% to the price.
The garment, the exact shoes you'll wear with it, and any undergarments or shapewear you plan to wear. Fit changes with all three — pinning without them is guessing.
Yes — for bespoke commissions I can order Irish linen, Donegal tweed, and lace directly through the original O'Malley Fabrics in Ballina, County Mayo. Transatlantic shipping adds about two weeks to the timeline.
It's some of my favorite work. Heirloom restoration is always quoted in person after I've examined the piece, because old cloth tells you what it can and can't take.
